The Conway Staff Partnership
The Conway Staff Partnership is an independent human resources consultancy established by Sandy Staff and Sarah Conway in April 2002.
Working primarily in the social housing sector, our clients include Registered Social Landlords, residential, nursing and home care service providers and local authorities. Both partners have, in the past, worked for a leading national provider of housing, care and support services for older people. They are highly attuned to the regulatory frameworks within which our client organisations operate. The partners both write on an occasional basis for the housing press.
The Partnership provides a broad spectrum of HR services, from policies and procedures, to training, interim HR cover and one-off projects. Recent assignments include:
